The Innovation Curriculum
The Innovation Curriculum consists of 4 on-site, highly-interactive
employee development programs that teach creative problem solving skills
and teamwork principles. These training programs in applied creativity
can significantly increase the innovation potential of your company.

eye-popping technology with it, to lose sight of the organizational
conditions that bring about such innovation. At times it seems as
if the technology itself is responsible for such progress, but that

The Innovation Curriculum consists of 4 employee development programs
conducted on-site, each designed for a particular functional level
within your organization (with some overlap). All training programs
are designed with one overarching objective: to raise the innovation
potential of your company. Or, put another way, to create an enduring
culture of innovation.
- Our employee
development programs are audience-specific, highly interactive and
small in class size.
Each program is customized, right off the shelf. What this
means is that while each course has a definite framework and teaching
plan, the "cases" used for practicing learned behaviors
are real problems or opportunities brought in by the participants
themselves. Skills are quickly integrated because learners are invested
in finding solutions! In addition, the classes are highly interactive
(no hours on end listening to talking heads here!) and by most measures,
small in size. It's hard not to actively participate in this
training, but then again, people want to take part! It's fun discovering
how creative you can be, and how this benefits your organization!
